Art in Carrickleck NS
We love doing Art in our school.
Since coming back to school in September, we have been studying some famous artists such as Picasso, Edvard Munch, Claude Monet, Paul Henry, Henri Matisse and most recently George Seurat in the senior room. We really enjoyed making St. Brigid’s crosses to celebrate St. Brigid’s Day. In the junior room we have created some beautiful owls, created a Winter Wonderland and a lovely beach scene to name but a few. We regularly enter competitions, both local and national and we have been very successful in recent years.
Here are some recent art activities in the school. We hope you like them!
